Having some difficulty in removing the HVAC programmer module located under the dash on a '94 model. Already reviewed the tips here on removal, and yes, you have to be a contortionist to get under there. Ok, I have the module removed from the firewall...still need to disconnect the wiring harness, but what in blazes is holding the multiple vacuum line connector to the unit? I thought it might just pull off, but really can only get one hand in there, but it really is stuck on there tight. Don't want to break anything so decided to take a break and maybe one the gurus here can advise me on what is holding on the connector.

Thanks for a great forum, and Happy 4th to all!

Right in the center of the hoses there is one of those press on nut/clips that holds the vacuum lines to the programmer module. Good luck with it.
Thanks tekgraphx...I had a feeling there was something in the middle holding it, but from my vantage point under there with the hoses are bunched together makes it difficult to see the center. Not sure what I'll have to use to remove that press-on nut...I've got an assortment of mini pick tools so maybe one of those.
