C4 Excitement?

C4 Excitement?
Hello all! For my college speech class, I am having to prepare a speech on the abstract concept of "excitement." And I need some examples of excitement. I would love to hear any of your excitements pertaining to Corvettes AND/OR pictures of that exciting idea.
And also, would anyone happen to have a fairly large photo of a C4 speedometer reading well over 100MPH? I need a visual aide for excitement! :jester

I dun think duh ecksitement is fum gettin big aahhr in duh mud goin duh hunner miles an haaar.
Seriously.
Excitement is that feeling you get in the middle of the corner, when it's too late to slow down, and you're going way too fast... then you give her some throttle and get that neat light headed feeling.

It was a good day. It had been raining earlier, but now the sunshine had dried the road and made a good day even better. After enjoying a good deal on a carton of smokes due to driving to another county, I departed the store by flooring the throttle for a yet another sprint to the speed limit in my convertable Vette. Then, like girlfriend # 2 showing up un-announced while girlfriend # 1 was comfortable on the couch.....a wet spot......a wide spot about 4 feet long, across the road as if it knew my name...right at the 1-2 shift point.
Sideways she went. As I looked to the left I saw a white van with ladders (Ironic isn't it?), heading right for me. Without letting off I quickly corrected only to see the van pass through my windshield this time, then Trees, Then, traffic...... And still straight as John Force.... I continued on.
That is exitement......
Well it kinda happened like..............

Go to the events gallery(link is on the right side bar) and go to the Northeast, there you will find plenty of pics.
This one isn't too clear, but at over 100 mph, it's hard to snap a pic.

I can't imagine going 150+ :crazy:
