They sell them at AutoZone and elsewhere. I typically don't do general auto but I have installed a couple (As in 2) for friends, because they asked.
One just came back with a broken valve spring. There's 100 miles on it. They don't want to warranty it. They're whining about paying to have it installed. It's a joke.
Be really careful if you are considering one of these. They're happy to sell it to you and will even run it out to your shop or garage for free.. But if you have trouble? Well.. They don't seem very accommodating to say the least.

The delivery driver made the offhand comment that they "See this stuff a lot." Of course, I'm thinking: "And you sold it to him anyway? Seriously? WHY?"
There's a large tag stuck to the front that says "Mexico"

Its probably an original spring, lots of cheap rebuilders reuse everything possible. Springs, cams lifters etc.
Local place I worked in many yrs ago does em like that, still does it to this day
Crank out lots of em, sell cheap and give an attractive warranty (which is only effective if they install it).

When the spring broke the keeper jumped out and the piston hit the valve. Huge mess.
