(somewhat) - going by the valve covers, it's a 1992 (only LT engine with magnesium - all others were composite). there is a specific procedure for adjusting idle speed - I don't have the details in front of me, however reference a FSM. before you do any adjustment, pull the TB and give it a thorough cleaning. that maybe all you need.

Yeah that's a 92. Those are 92 only injector covers and a 92 only crank vent setup.

Now show us what the car looks like.

..... If the idle is high , you might just need to lube the throttle body … or … you have a vacuum leak …..
