I´m stuck with a problem that makes no sense to me.
I have a 95 with C60 Climacontrol, the manual slider.
The little door connected to the manual cable (Blend door?) opens and closes as i pull the slider from hot to cold.
Both hoses going in and coming out of the heater core is really hot!
The fan blows as it should.
And i cant get no heat, only really cold air, i think A/C cold.
Allt the time.
What do i do?
Can my heater core be bad even if both hoses are hot?
You could reverse flush heater core. Is core itself hot relitive to heater hoses? A small meat thermometer can be carefully inserted between the fins and indicate core temp

I cant reach it to feel if its warm..
The best thing i can do is to drive for a while and then see if there is any heat coming from "the hole"
Canyon borrow an IR "gun" to check the heater core temp? I had the same problem with my '93 but it has auto air con. The heater hoses were getting hot but possibly not as hot as they should. I reverse flushed the heater core and it started to work.
