Default Spoiler / wing

Just acquired this 88. Wondering if anybody knows what type of wing this thing is. Not sure if I’m gonna keep it or not.

very common. If not marked greenwood, just a wing someone added. They are about 100.00 on ebay.

EDIT: LMAO I guess c4's are getting popular and the prices have gone WAY up on these cheesey add ons. WOW...

I'd take it off, wings don't belong on c4 vettes.

Yep that looks like the one thanks. It’s probably more trouble than it’s worth to take it off. Thanks

Tail lights come out and you should see bolts, but... you' have holes to fill of course.

I’ll pop em off and take a look. The car is super clean and Just had a major tune up to include tires, radaitor, hoses, belts, plugs, wires, cap and rotor and bunch of other stuff. I couldn’t walk away from it just because of a wing.

Caution: If you remove the rear wing, you'll experience an immediate psychological decrease of 25 HP!!!

Don’t worry I’ll just add some racing decals to increase the horsepower. It will all even out

If it's a Greenwood which the logo is on the sides of the spoiler it actually has rods that attach it to the chassis. If it's bolted to the body that's not how a Greenwood was attached.

I'd leave it on just to **** people off...people modify there cars in many different ways but when it comes to modifications like this people who do it are laughed at a frowned upon...all people say is GREENWOOD,GREENWOOD,maybe someone can't afford a greenwood package or they just don't like it,to each his own, maybe someone don't like what you done to your car,I could care less what a Purist thinks, things would be pretty boring if everyone was driving around with the same ole thing,if I don't like what someone done with their car,I'm not going to make fun or laugh at them or think I'm better than....the corvette community/family,yeah right if your car isn't pure corvette they'll talk **** about you,but if you do any other mods under the hood it's cool

It will grow on you, not worth effort or the holes to fill and paint, plus the cost to all of it right.
