I just called the dealer, and asked him to get me the Passive Alarm Keypad that my car never came with , but should have.. I figured it'd be cool to have the pad, to unlock the doors, and pop the glass... Well, he tells me they are $130 and special order... OUCH! Are these only available through the dealer? Cause I kind of wanted to get two(for the spare set) , but there's no way, at that price!!

Call 1-800-367-8388 ask for Ron, tell him I sent you, he has used ones and I'm pretty sure can get new ones. Or contact Jeff Kopp(18carfan) here on the forum.
Hey, thanks for the tip! I just tried to get him,(Ron) and he's off until Tuesday, so I'll call back then... If he's cheaper then my local dealer, he's worth waiting for!!!
I went through this with my recently acquired '94 coupe. You can also get them through http://www.gmpartsdirect.com for ~$102, delivered. The GM part# is 10282929. Be aware that this is the part# for the coupe key fob, the conv. fob is different, and I don't have the part#.
