i just bought a 1987 Corvette- needs some repair - one item that I am confused by is the car will drive forward in all gears but will not back up - it’s like the clutch is slipping? It has the standard 4 + 3 transmission.
any thoughts?

Sorry to say, but losing reverse is a common way the 4+3 Doug Nash OD unit fails.
