Ps I pulled the Opti today and found this on the inside as if it’s burnt out it’s like that on each post

Scan codes. Go on Google images. Type: how to scan codes 1995 corvette. Ez pz. Report back. I would still run a fuel pressure test.

Assuming you meant the filter sock on the fuel pump, you also have an inline filter on the right frame rail.
The fuel regulator on the right hand fuel rail assy could be bad. That's why a fuel pressure test is important.

A couple questions that might help

Mileage?
Are the plug wires original? Original wires are numbered most others are not.
Did this just start or did you buy the car with the problem?

ive actually changed both filter and the sock but I bought car and it ran fine for a while one night I was gunning it and outta nowhere it just killed as if I cut the key back but all power was on everything was still lit up and would crank but wouldn’t start let it cool down fired right up , it did that for about two weeks now all I get is a hard start and die , no I don’t have original wires on it I picked up a set from summit racing here in Texas but I’ve done a fuel pressure test fuel pressure leak down test system holds fine I hear static coming from the Opti thought like I say I put my fingers on the front of the Opti myself had a friend crank the car and I felt a voltage coming from it not sure if that’s normal but I doubht it

OP, do you know how to scan codes? You don't need a code reader to read codes on these cars.

Next, get an SBC/LT1 noid light.

I am only saying this since you say fuel pressure is fine.

Same symptoms I had with my 92 and my 93. Opti’s die in a few different ways. Both started with stalling issues and progressed to only restarting after sitting for a while.

If you've done all the work to pull the distributor just replace it at this point. Wires too if you haven't already. Cheap insurance. I have a '96, when mine went bad felt a misfire first under a load, check engine light would flash then go solid, intake would get extremely hot.
