Hey everyone. Working on putting my engine back together and I'm looking for this particular parts. Mine of course is dry brittle and cracked. I would like to replace these with a new one but if I can't find it I will remove the one that's on there and just tape it. However, I would like to try to find a new set. If you all can let me know what part this is or better yet if you have a GM part number that would be great. Thanks in advance.
I thought he was interested in the 'conduits' for the injector harness and I don't believe I've ever seen those sold in anything less than an engine wiring harness. It should be quite easy I believe to fabricate something that would do very well. Year would matter if a person was interested in obtaining something that was original in appearance.
Yeah guys it was actually the cover for the wiring I was looking for. I have discovered that they are only available if I order a harness. I'm either going to loom and tape it or I'm a see if I can fabricate something using aluminum channel from Home Depot. Thanks for the replies.

I believe you want to avoid anything 'metallic'!!!! What year car are these for? I've a very clean '89 harness (C68 - M6) harness that I've never considered cannibalizing but one doesn't know. I believe there's custom fabrication that could work very well. I've never shopped them but I'd think likely.

Mine will not but there are ones that will. Printers in that range are now moving under a grand so some online services will have them.
All someone really needs to do is model the part in a free cad program and create an STL file. Then it can be uploaded to a site like Shapeways and they will provide a price.
But it doesn't have to be printed in one piece. a 200mm by 200mm bed can handle just under 10 inches at 45 degree placement.
If the part was built with tabs to interlock it could be printed in two pieces.

I pulled my '89 harness and I don't believe it's 'printable' - a very good heat resistant 'corrugated' loom and a couple nice Adel clamps should work well. There's the conduit and 2 tabs on mine and they appear duplicates of what I see in the OP's snapshot.$10 - $12 max I'd think for both sides and likely offer better appearance than nearly anything else.OP still hasn't mentioned year.

I'd be interested to know why you think it couldn't be printed. There have been successful printings of prototype engine blocks with all the passages. hard to believe a cable holder couldn't be.
