Question before buying.....
I got word on a Dana 44 for sale out of a 90 with 3.33 gears, complete including rotors, rear spring, everything ready to be bolted in for $1000. Should I buy it? Or will the cost of refurbushing it outweigh the cost of getting one from a newer model?

for a 44, that is a good price, IMO. I passed on one last year and regret it.

I think that is an excellent deal from what I've seen. Why would you have to refurb. it. Did it have alot of miles on it or has it been sitting a while? Just curious.
