Does anyone know where, or if, I can purchase an OE rubberized shift plate for a 1995 automatic? Being pickey, I want one in better condition than the one I have. Thanks

Reason: Correct title
Yeah, I can find the reproductions at a lot if different sites. The problem is they don’t have the rubberized finish and do not match the interior of 1995 with that rubberized finish. I ordered one and sent it back, so I’m hoping someone has actually bought one with the rubberized finish and can provide me info. Thanks
They are very misleading as to what they call “rubberized”. When you press the issue they will finally say it will not match the existing dash panels. I have been told by several different vendors that “they are the only manufacturers” of this item. Don’t know who to believe. So that’s why I was hoping to find someone that had actually gotten one
I got mine for my 94 from Corvettemods last year. The fit and finish is excellent and the rubberized finish matches the original (minus all of the scratches of course). I know some people on here have had bad experiences with customer service from Corvettemods, but all I can say is that I personally have ordered many different things from them and have never had any trouble.
That’s good to know. Corvettemods is one of the vendors I was considering. Shouldn’t have s problem with customer service as long as the shift plate matches as you say. Thanks
Hard to tell if shift plate matches rest of dash. It looks in pic to be a more flat black and is not shiny. Am I seeing that right?
My radio bezel has been stripped of the rubber and painted black, so you are correct that the shifter trim and radio trim don’t quite match because the radio trim is not original. The original rubberized trim parts when new really aren’t supposed to be that shiny, it’s more of a flat finish. The shininess you typically see on original parts is from years of armor all and finger grease sinking into the finish. This pic was taken shortly after install so it’s without more than one quick wipe of armor all on it, and you can kind of see some shiny spots here and there to give you an idea of how the whole thing looks when shined up.
