Default Just changed Oil

I just changed my oil and noticed how very clean the top of the head is... My car has 91,500 miles.

The rest of your engine could use some TLC, what's with all that dirt on the valve covers .

I know I know... I'll have my Daughter clean the engine compartment this week.

Hope your daughter is careful. You should beware of too much water hitting your Optispark.

She won't use a hose. I taught her to use a damp rag on this kind of job. She'll do anything I ask when it comes to her driving it. She LOVES to drive it. And my 300C...

That's what all our engines should look like with proper maintenance... on the inside anyway
Modern engine oils are very good, and synthetics have become really great.

Looks great. My 95 looks about the same at 83K miles. .

^Exactly^. Oil has detergent. If you change it at proper intervals the inside of the engine won't get dirty.

Here is mine @ about 155k.
