So I made the investment and got a set of Michelin Sport PS2's for my 91 Z. I went with the 275/40ZR17's on the front and 335/35ZR17's on the back. I purchased them from Tire Rack and got free shipping and no tax in PA. I always take my car to Interstate Tire in Cockeysville, Md. They do excellent install and balancing and take care when working on my cars. That and Frank the owner who just retired was part of our Budget Tire group I worked for. Frank races Alfas and loves cars. The guys at Interstate were actually happy to work on my Z. They have worked on a another 91 that the owner took to Lingenfelter so they know them and actually appreciate cool cars. I'm really happy with the Michelins and can't wait to drive the car a bit more this year. Taking it to the C4 ZR1 Gathering in BG next week and doing the HPDI also. I haven't been to BG since 2004 so looking forward to it.
Thank you I will. I have the factory saw blades and they have the Goodyear F1's that the previous owner purchased in 09. They have most of their tread and no cracking. Ok for normal driving but wouldn't want to push them in hard cornering. The Michelins feel very confident and should be even nicer once they get a few miles on them.
