Default Wheel Lug Nuts

I just purchased a 93 40th anniversary. I know very little about corvettes. On each of the 4 wheels, 1 of the lug nuts is sticking out noticeably further than the rest of them. Is this normal and, if so, why are they that way?

On the flat of the lock nut there is like a flower pattern indented. There should be an adapter with the car that allows the owner to remove.

If the lug nuts are stock they have a plastic screwed on cover over the actual lug nut. Check and see if the cover is not loose.
