Default Are these MAF relays correct?

I am chasing down an error 34 on a 1987 and starting with the relays. I went to verify the part numbers of the ones that are currently on the car and they are slightly different. My research says that they should be the same relay though. There is a number, then a horizontal line, then another number. I have attached a picture of the existing relays as well.

One is:

7138
------
14089936

The other is:

5320
------
14089936

7138 & 5320 appear to be 'Julian date' for production.Your concern for ID is 8 digit info and of course location/wiring configuration. Snapshots weren't there when I mentioned Julian dates. That number I believe is still available from GM/ACD so maybe very recent.

** I'd think it maybe odd for Julian dates to be that dominate in the manufacture process.

Thank you, I called a local Napa as well and the guy said the different numbers are very likely just batch numbers.

Good luck on your code 34 issue. I chased relays for a while when I had the issue ... except the 86 has different MAF Power and Burnoff relays.

Thank you. What ended up clearing up your code?

New relays are in, the MAF is also cleaned. The code reset of course when the the battery was disconnected so only a little time will tell.

Just want to give a final update to this thread. Have several hundred miles on the car since the new relays and cleaning the MAF. No code. Calling this one fixed.
