Depends on what you mean by fit. Far as I know the bolt pattern is the same, but not the offset or size of tires that fit them. If they are true oem rims I expect you'll need to use spacers to get them on. As far as tire diameter, that's another question.
I have some C6 Z06 reproduction rims in 18"x9.5" with +40 offset. They fit just like the originals and with 255x40-18 tires they work out the same as the originals did in size and placement in the wheel wells.

I have OEM C6 wheels a C4 owner is interested in buying - we know tires will have to be replaced, but unsure about the offset and rubbing fenders etc. Do you think spacers will be needed then?

They are Gumbies - 5 spokes - I have an ad on craigslist too - as well as on the C6 forum.

All 84-87 C4s use less offset than later ones: 38mm for a 9.5" wheel as opposed to 56mm for the later C4s, and 32mm for 8.5" wheels. It looks like your rear Gumby wheels are 10" with 79mm offset, and I think the offset for the front 8.5" Gumbies is 56mm. The buyer with the 87 C4 is going to need something like 1.5" spacers for the 10" Gumbies, and about 1" spacers for the fronts.
