Default Help to identify brackets

I was recently given a box of C4 parts (suppose to be) and have been able to identify most all of them. There were two brackets I need help with. Can anyone ID these for me? Thanks

drawing a blank here. WAG, looks like they may be brackets associated with front or rear suspension cross members. they seem to be a heavy gauge steel, so i'm thinking maybe suspension, again just a guess. do you have any idea of what year? can't make out the markings - can you post that info? any other markings?

Numbers are V-24X8 -1208-D XXX Could not find any reference to those numbers. Hardtop brackets are best guess. Person who gave me the boxes had several drop tops.

I can assure you that WVZR-1 was not giving you his "best guess". He gave you the GM part numbers! A "thank you" would be more appropriate considering you asked for help to identify and he did.
