Default Feedback on '69 Bumper alignment

Looking to maybe checkout and buy this one but front bumper looks twisted, not aligned right. See left side by headlight doors?
Any feedback? Is it the car or the bumper? Is this common? Can it be easily fixed or cause for concern? Aftermarket bumper? Accident? My 1968 and 69 are perfect.

bent bumper. aligned in the center and correct on the end. both ends match. i have had my 1972 since 1974 so i know a little bit about these cars.
