paint issues

have new (to me) 93 $0th anniversary and was doing some touch up today using paint bottle and acetone worked very well but 1 spot on decklid(its a vert Pkincy's old car) has some hazing that I cant get off It was not there when I started Rest of car came out perfect. Beautiful ruby red. Anyone have this happen and any ideas on how to fix? car was ceramic coated years ago and its just a very noticeable 2x2 spot on pass side right where vert top hole is Thanks for any ideas Paul
