Dead Pedal
I tried to do a search in regards to Installing Billet Aluminum Petal Pads and a Dead Petal. The install is pretty straight forward except for knowing if you can drill straight through floor area for the Dead Petal? Just curious if anybody has done this and its safe to use small screws to secure to floor without damaging anything under floor ?

The floor is not very thick. I doubt sheet metal screws would hold; if the dead pedal was actually used. I think a backing plate or body washers under floor will be required.

Speaker pod is still removed in picture because I pulled the carpet up tighter to fit under Pod better.
