HELP..Power Programmer... "SERVICE INTERUPTED"

I went to change my programming today.
I changed back to "stock" settings, got the OK that it had been completed.
Turned off the ignition as instructed for 10 seconds, then attempted to reprogram things like fans, tire diameter an such.
Started the programming mode. went to 50% complete, and STOPPED.!
The "blinking " (programming idicator) wasnt blinking anymore either.
I waited SEVERAL minutes, and the programming never advanced beyond 50%.
Now Im stuck!
I got the "programming interuppted" message and a 1-800 number to call, but its onl;y good Mon thru Friday!
Has this happened to anyone here? Can you please help..
