Yep.
To the OP:
I'm finishing a write up on how to delete the EVAC system. There's no power to be found doing that, but you get a few things out of it:
1. Removal of possible sources of vacuum leaks.
2. A whole bunch of space beneath the left headlamp gets freed up. Nice place for some other stuff to go when my mods progress.
3. A minor weight reduction.
Pulling the AIR system really does a few things for you too...
1. More possible vacuum leaks gone.
2. Frees up space.
3. Makes the car MUCH easier to work on around the plugs and front of the engine. Also, ever heard about the "pull the windshield wiper motor to get the valve covers off" nonsense? Delete the AIR system and that's no longer the case.
4. Cleans up the engine bay a lot.
5. A more significant weight reduction.
Here's what a deleted AIR system and throttle body bypass looks like:

2. Got the bronze colored fittings at Lowe's.
I'll get to finishing the EVAP delete write-up sometime this week.

EGR removal, yes its possible to get a Code 32. When I yanked mine off, I simply cut the wire to the solenoid and yanked the pipe off, and put in a blockoff plate on the intake manifold. Headers I installed at the same time had no port on their manifold. I never got a code unless I was cruising on the highway for a long period of time, and then I ignored it. Never had other effects.
