For what its worth I would caution you that car covers can trap moisture and in my opinion make things worse than no cover. I bought cover from MAD a few years ago to cover the car in the garage. When I removed it the car was totally covered with condensation, no more covers for me. I suspect moisture got trapped under it when wifey hosed down the garage floor. Probably was my fault, but just a word of caution.
I bought Mid-America's performance choice car cover. It was $100, works indoors and out, and is great! Very thick, aerated cotton, covers my baby well, when I cover it up. I highly reccommend it.

I am assuming that you leave it outside and that occasionally it gets rained on. What happens then? (and please don't say it gets wet). I mean condition of the vettes surface under the cover after you remove it. How do you "dry out" the cover?
I have a Noah as well. Have been very happy with it. Used it for over a year with no problems other than the wind lifting the corners. Chip clips work well, just use them on the plastic part of the air dam. Now that the new motor is in, I don't use the cover near as much though. :D
I like California car covers. They have different grades .I dont know about the outdoor grades but I have two softweave covers and havent had any problems. :yesnod: :seeya

EXACTLY! I guess I should have worded my question better.. The car is outside and I am looking for a good cover to keep the rain off. (Dont get too much snow here)

This is one of the reason I haven't used the cover much now that the car is running. Not sure what to do with a wet cover. The Noah Cover breathes. Yes, the car gets wet. It does stay clean though. I've never taken the cover off while it was wet. After it rains, I'd wait for the cover to dry. Take it off and find the car underneath was just as clean as it was when I covered it. If you get a waterproof cover, it may keep the car from getting wet, but it's also going to trap moisture underneath it and that's not good for the paint. IMHO
Mosom car covers are by far the best on the market , I have a outdoor all purpose water proof cover even though I have the car garaged , paid about 100.00 and worth every penny ...never had a problem with moisture when the car stood inside or out...1-800-coverking or coverking.com...good luck which ever way you go..... :yesnod:
Bought a Weathershield cover made by Covercraft in July.(Eckerts catalog). Best I've ever had. No dust or moisture on car even after a couple of weeks that included some decent rains. The water beads up on the cover like wax and rolls off. If I want to remove it while wet, I just pull it up in spots to make most of the water run off and then I take an old towel and just blot the remaining water drops. Cover is practically dry and can be removed, folded and stored.
This cover is only one layer and is easy to install and remove by yourself. Doesn't trap moisture but doesn't let dust through. It's not cheap but it works as advertised and you don't have to wash the car after you take it off to clean off the the mess from dust and moisture that leaks through on most other covers. :seeya
