This should be a simple job of unbolting the 84 fenders and bolting the 96 fenders in place. The only problem I could see is that the 96 fenders were designed for the 91-96 "wide" molding instead of the black molding on the 84-90's. I'm not sure if this would be a problem or not, so I will defer that to someone else.

Had them painted, then installed....I think it looks great....Bought gold inserts
for each fender....just waiting for paint to dry longer before install...I have Gotti 16" rims...with gold centers...so should set off the car visually...
Thanks for the help...

As far as the side panel goes there are 3 torx screws in the wheel well and two 10mm screws at the door end, the top one will have to come out the lower one is slotted, some times it is easier to take out the two small torx screws at the bottom of the wheel well also (these are for the rocker panel) this will give you some room to get the lower 10mm screw lose without scratching the paint.
You have to get the ones that will take your "Cross Fire Injection" strips and they cost about $239.00 from MAD. If you buy the regular '96 ones, they are only $40.00 each, but you will have to replace all your panels (front bumper and rear bumper panels) to match the new fenders.

I did it on the '94. SO Simple! It's just as easy as removing the old panels and installing the painted replacements! :D
