Won't. Start
1984 Corvette won't catch,if I spray quick start into it starts but won't keep running is that a sign of a bad fuel pump. Does a weak battery affect the injectors as far as allowing them to operate. Changed the fuel filter about a year ago,car has 80 k on it. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Checking your fuel presure is a very logical first step. If you swap pumps consider putting in a 85-89 model. It will bolt in with no modifications and with a slightly higher pressure you will be assured of consistant fuel delivery regardless of engine demand..
