Security Light flashing
My C4 Went from running good to not running at all. Due to the security light flashing. Got a new key from the dealer tired pairing it to the car didn't work. PLEASE HELP

More info needed.
What year C4 is especially important. They are not all the same.
As Mark mentioned, if you have a newer C4 with a key fob that really doesn't have anything to do with the car starting or not.
All it does is lock or unlock the doors.
They do have a security chip in the key though. If you got a new key from the dealer, did he make sure he gave you one with the right embedded resister?
