Not worth any money. I ported and polished my own MAF housing, works great. HOWEVER the results are temporary unless you have a chip or a reprogrammer, whichever may apply to you.
EDIT: Here's a link you can follow to learn how to do your own and save the $300.00 they charge, the main difference I followed is that my friend has the single best tool you can ever use for any type of aluminum grinding, called an air dye. If you have an air compressor, I highly suggest buying one at the local hardware store for abotu $50.00 and a tip for grinding aluminum. Saved countless hours worth of sanding. Here's the link:
