If I send these to Battee will take 2 weeks or so is it safe to drive the car any issues that i should know of?
Yes, you can drive it. You need to consider that while you are driving you wont have any information (temp, gas level, MPH, ETC). Additionally you will have wiring harnesses-- with "Live" electricity flowing-- bouncing around when you drive. Yes, you could tape them up and secure the wiring connectors but you have increased the risk of an electrical short.
If this is your daily driver, I get the question. If this is your "hobby car" then is it worth the risk of anything electrical going wrong? Risk/reward it is up to you.
just a suggestion, but if you do decide to drive without it, download an app for your phone that gives you a speed readout. It will likely be differential gps speed but it's better than nothing.

Good idea or stay in the right lane behind Grandpa....
When i swapped out the 4+3 for the T56 i drove mine without the cluster for a test drive. The ecm didn't deal with keeping the idle speed up when rolling up to a stop sign. It died at most stops. I don' t know if automatic cars have the same issue or not, just offering what i observed. Reconnected the cluster, issue went away.
