Changing out the Dash
I am currently in the market for a new C4 corvette and am in love with the digital gauges that came standard in the C4s between 1980-89 (i think thats the correct years). However, my research thus far suggests that the corvettes that were produced towards the end of the C4 generation are more reliable and generally just better to be converted into a daily-driver type car. I was wondering if anybody knows how difficult it would be to swap a dash/gauge panel from an earlier C4 (say 84-86) into the dash that comes standard in one of the later models (most likely a 91). I'm relatively new to the corvette scene, so any sort of information would be greatly appreciated!
