91 misfire

So I replaced the ecm today on my 91 with the factory prom , I have changed almost everything possible and the car still has a slight misfire when you open the throttle body up just a little , weird thing is when I started the car it ran fine for the first few minutes and when it got hot the misfire came back , any suggestions!? Hellpppp please

Assuming you changed "everything" as you stated, then the next step is to look at the mechanicals. You could have mis fired caused by worn push rods, worm/loose rockers, rounded cam....etc. Pretty nasty stuff.

I'd double check your settings. Things like engine timing, TPS settings, plug wires, plugs, MAF could be off. The "ive changed almost everything" leads me to believe that you are just throwing parts at your problem. I'm betting you have a wrong setting on something.
