Default Jacked up interior

I've got a '92 C4 and I need to replace the interior like the dash, trim, & seats where would I find replacements/refurbish kits or sets

You would find "what ever is available" in the catalogs of the major on-line corvette part houses like MidAmericaMotorworks & CorvetteAmerica. You can all check the websites of several of the major corvette dismantlers like Mirrock or V2V.

If by dash, you mean the upper padded piece, it's only available used. expect to spend $500 shipped. Another option is to have an upholstery shop strip and recover. Luckily you don't have to deal with an airbag on the passengers side, so recovering is a viable option.
Most of the plastic panels can be stripped of the peeling Dulso. I media blasted mine and they look great.
Door panels. Again, good used ones are the best bet. I got mine form vette2vette.
Carpets and seats are easy enough to come by, but quality can vary.
