So as luck has it, my fog light switch just broke on me. Im looking at a replacement but there is no way on earth that I am paying 40-50 bucks for a single switch.
Has anyone used a different/aftermarket switch, if so please give me a link or part number so I can buy it.
I dont really care that it wouldn't be an OEM switch, I barely turn the fog lights on but I hate just not being able to turn them on.

Start a thread in the parts section for what you need.
Start contacting sellers in the parts section that are parting cars. I'm sure their price will be more reasonable than $40
On several cars I owned, I wired the fog lights directly into the parking lights switch power. That would eliminate a switch all together until you found one cheap enough that makes sense.
Don't know what year you have but on my 88 I just connected the 2 wires together that go to fog light switch. Now when running or headlights are on the fog lights are. They still turn off with high beams....
