Looks like an L98 to me..










lol, if ur referring to the vacuum attachment, I believe its a check valve.

It acts like an electrical resistor and current can only go one way.

same thing. Vacuum can only travel one way.

Didn't know if there was another name for it, I knew it was a check valve. Couldn't find anything about a replacement part
