My .02: C4 prices have probably bottomed out, but probably won't go any higher.
Buyers look at the year, mileage, then the condition. Those 3 things determine what a buyer will pay.
I feel like you have to divide the C4 by engine since you've got the crossfire, L98, and LT1 cars. As someone who bought a C4 in the last 3 weeks I would say my priorities were condition, then mileage, then year. After looking at and driving many C4s locally I found a guy who wasn't selling a problem he was in job trouble and losing his parents garage spot. Also I'd wait until early spring to sell your car the prices are very seasonal on Corvettes.
I paid 8400 bucks cash in late August 2020 for this 1993 with 87k miles. Was one owner for 24 years (pulled a carfax prior to buying) and everything works on it. Cold A/C, every exterior light bulb, no wear on buttons, CD and tape work, power antenna works and the original owner wired in a override switch to extend and retract it anytime. Paint pretty good for the age, engine pulls and runs perfectly, just an all around solid car. Got a weatherstripping job in my future and the tires were much older age wise than I thought. Let me tell you how bad the shape was on so many of the C4s people wanted 7-10k for. Thanks to this forum I did find a few little issues I didn't notice. Long story short 7k-10k is about the money on a nice regular C4.
