They changed the geometry a bit, not sure if it was for 92 or the face-lift though. It is better. Not like double better. But improved.
You believe it to be substantially improved? Enough to justify having an unknown to you car for more effort and money? I'm not sure personally. If it is, fair enough.
That's a nice car. Looks to be in really good shape from those pics. Two years ago that same car would have gone for 7K, even at a dealership. I know because I bought a 95 MN6 with 80K miles from a dealership in 2018 for $6500 and it was in just as good of shape. It's nice to see the C4's tick up a bit in price.
Good looking car. I would clean the silicone off the interior though. Back to the dealer thing, at the end of the year, dealers get a sales quota bonus from the manufacturer for selling X amount of new vehicles, same as parts volume. SOMETIMES you can negotiate a break even deal on a new vehicle at years end if the dealer is close to not making their sales volume dealer quota.
