Anyone have any idea what's wrong with my top on my 93 base convertible? The vinyl has raised up on the right side corner
and I can't seem to figure out why.

Was the top left down for a long time? This can let the vinyl shrink as it's not under tension. Always store it with the top up, though it may be too late for that top. Is it latched on both sides? You could try getting it hot and seeing if it will stretch.

I just bought the car last year. It's not been down for and length of time since I've owned it. I can't remember if the top was like that when I bought it or not. It had so many other problems I never paid much attention to the top, it was the least of my problems! The guy I bought it from left it sit outside year-round, he didn't take very good care of it.
