Default Code C25. Intake temperature sensor high.
Can this be fixed by simply replacing the sensor?

Is this the correct part? And does it need to be soldered in place?

Could be the sensor, could be the wires. Best thing to do is use a muti-meter and test the wires/connections/sensor.

If the connector was to be bad, then yes thus part would be what you need. You attach these with regular butt splices, preferably the heat wrap/shrink kind.
