No spark while cranking
Hello I have 94 corvette. Lt1. I bought car does not run. I removed opti turn by hand then i have spark. When i remount crank engine over no spark. Does it need oil pressure oil pressure switch not connected. I can hear fuel pump run 5 seconds shut off. Continues to run when i turn opti by hand. What am i missing? Thanks for help.

Your getting spark and fuel pump running by turning the optispark by hand? That's a new one. You must have some wicked hands. Maybe a drill but hands....

Regardless, when you have it off the engine, does the distributor drive shaft turn when the engine is cranked? The splined shaft does pull out as well if you want to see the cam gear etc.....
