I live in an area with many twisty, hilly, two lane blacktops. Sometimes I might drive a little fast. My issue is with hills that are like "V". At the bottom of one hill you start right back up the next. Unless I slow down a lot, my 96 base coupe bottoms at the front end just as I get to the lowest part of the V.
I'm thinking maybe front shocks with more damping might help with this. Where would I get the most damping - Ridetech, Koni, or Bilstein? I do not have Z51 pkg. I know Bilstein B6 is essentially stock replacement. That's not my question. TIA

You should check if there are any cracks/delaminization of the springs. I have a dip in my driveway and if going too fast I would scrape the bar under the front fascia
It also matters what sort of distance we're talking about. If it's going up in down over like a foot, you could be geometrically screwed, and only more ride height would fix it.
If it's suspension travel, stiffer springs and shocks may help.
Get you a pair of new shocks for the front. I installed new ones on my 87 and they raised the front of my car by almost an inch!...(also installed on the rear, same outcome)...

Springs (one or both) are cracked/splintered. If you use and degreaser besides simple green it will eat the springs overnight, (even a little bit)
