C5 Raffle
If I were to organize a raffle to win 2003 Vette to benefit a charity, would you be interested at $50 or $100 per ticket (or not at all)?
It would most likely be limited to 2000 tickets.
Thanks!

It hasn't been totally decided yet, but leaning toward the SPCA.

Sounds cool but, personally, the only way someone could even GIVE me a C5 is so I could sell it and use the money to supe up my C4. :smash:

Not to start a debate about which charity, but doesn't the SPCA focus on animals? I would be interested, but the charity I would enter a raffle for 50 to 100 dollars would have to support children in some way. An example would be the Make A Wish foundation, but that's only my opinion. Keep us posted :)

Well, it certainly wouldn't be a rule that you'd have to keep it. You could certainly sell it.

Re: C5 Raffle (adamw1979)
I've given this some more thought, and I think I'd actually want to do a raffle for a C3. Being that my club is all about C3s, it would seem kinda inappropriate to raffle a C5.
So, now I'm wondering if people would pay $50 for 1 of 1000 tickets for 1978 Pace Car or a 1982 CE. Of course, the car would have to have very low mileage and be in great condition!
So, what is your oppinion on that?
