Here's a pic shwing the difference between the two ASR/TCS units(called an EBTCM)
The Bosch 2U is in the '92-94 and the Bosch 5 is in the '95-'96 except ZR1 which still used the 2U.
The difference between the two is that the 2U has a 3 channel Hydraulic Unit Outlet Pipe with a front/rear split(the two rear are controlled by the same valve solenoid)
The Bosch 5 has a four channel with a front/rear split.

I got this info from a GM Tech manual, there are two phone #'s, maybe you can order one. I got mine on ebay for $10.
Dude, you're AWESOME! Those setups look kinda complex. You think its possible to do the conversion or even worth the effort? If it is, I'll do it because the ASR on my car just feels primitive in comparison to my dad's 98.
