Default Console Engine Spec Plate

Hello, I bought a nice 92 driver. We've had a lot of fun with the car and I've been working on small things making it "better". But some things just make it a better driver not a "show car". Normal stuff 29yr old C4 needs.
I'm curious about the Console Engine spec plates I've seen in some. I know the 92 has the LT1 motor in it but should/could my car have an spec plate on the console or is it a ZR1 thing? If so how should it read and location of it?

It's an aftermarket item. Most people put it on the cover over the alleged cupholders.

^Yep. It's a hoakie add-on, like louvers over the tail lights. Doesn't make it a better driver in any way....and in some cases, the info on the plate isn't even correct. The one that the PO stuck on my cup holder cover claims that my LT1 has 9.0:1 compression ratio.

Totally agree, “autozone” cars especially Corvettes drive me crazy.

ZR1 had the LT5 engine.

the one on mine seemed correct. It was on there when I got the car and assumed it was a factory thing like the C3s had. I can tell you the numbers aren't even close now lol.

My 92 had one when I bought it. Removed it when I re-did the console. Now it's on the shelf in my diecast case next to my diecast corvette. Figured why throw it away. Just printed a little stand with the 3D printer.
