don't quote me on this, but isn't an 87 clutch fork pretty standard fare for gm (used in a bunch of cars)? The zf setup was way different, but the 4 speed part of the 4+3 is just a super t-10, and the clutch/bellhousing is nothing special.

Thats my thoughts as well but beginning this search it appears to be a discontinued part, info coming from my local dealer and NAPA. Still looking....
thx for the help!
Id really hope to find new vs used not wanting to have take the car apart again anytime soon!
There are a few new reproduction clutch forks on eBay right now along with several good used.
for something like this, I'd them to go used vs aftermarket reproduction, unless the aftermarket company is well known. The fork isn't really a wear item, but it does need to be strong. A lot of reproduction stuff is junkie.
or, maybe I'd get both and set if there's a difference (in weight or quality)

You know thats a really good idea! Im responsible for and have actually reproduced the extension neck for the 71-72 washer bottles you see on the market. After three attempts to make them perfect, I was forced to relent to a not perfect reproduction. So Im in complete agreement that most if not all Reproduction parts are inferior.
Another impossible part to find is the rubber boot that covers the end of the slave cylinder to the bell housing. I recently found an NOS one after 10 years of looking.
Thanks guys I was able to locate an NOS fork. Take a close look at the prongs that hold the bearing theres almost nothing left on the old one! Not the best picture but you can see a groove was worn into the bearing.
