There's one, it has 21k miles, fairly new condition, no issues, i was all in at 15k including tax title license registration.
pricey for a C4 but the engine is a one year only option, and that may help hold the value, It came with a cover, and all the original tires and rims. its not a collectors edition, and its a base car, but to be honest, probably less common than the CE car

In the past I found craigslist was a good way to see what selling price was, but at least by me I don't recall the last time I saw an C4 LT4 in it. I have my insured for $12500 pretty much the same as your, but starting to notice C4 pricing has been going up.
Not at all out of the ballpark for that car, it's well equipped, and they run extremely well. I bought mine for 15k but the asking price was 18,900 then 17,900, then 16,900, I called and talked to the guy for a few weeks before i even agreed to go look at it. honestly 18k is C5 money, but the mileage at 20k miles...well...collectors car type mileage, so i made my offer 15k and now i own it.
two things going for me, one i had the cash, banks usually hesitate lending money for a 25 yr old car, 2nd I understood that these cars are going to be few and far between in another 10 yrs.
