C4 electrical issue
Hi I have a 91 5.7l tpi and am getting a code 41 in module 1 and error in module 4. I replaced ecm, have 2 and mental. I have both factory manuals, and am having a hard time fixing the car. Help would be appreciated. I live in Monroe NC. Could a mechanic get in touch with me and help me.I can start with starting fluid. Injectors are not pulsing. Please let me know if there are any mechanic in Charlotte area that I can hire to help me.

Replaced ECM with what? If you replaced with used there's a pretty good chance it's just as bad as the one you replaced.
If the ECM is bad, send it out to SIA Electronics to have them repair it rather than replacing it.
