battery storage
when storing the Corvette, is it best to disconnect the battery? one person tried to explain a special connector that would keep battery connected but not allow battery charge to drain. the car will sit for over a couple of months at a time.

Get yourself a charger/maintainer. Keeps the battery charged and has float protection so it only charges a little bit each day to maintain the battery (won't overcharge). :thumbs:

i have one of those battery disconnect things i bought from mid america. i disconnect the battery and use an automatic charger. the battery is fresh whenever i want to use the car.

I have the Battery Tender PLUS! and it works well. I also have on e that I got from the local Napa that i use on my wifes scooter. They both are low amp chargers that will not over charge so I think you would do well with either Here is a link
