Hi,
Been trying to replace the CCM/BCM in a 1993 corvette, has anyone done this? i been trying to remove it from the driver side, i can pull it out about half way but i just can pull it out completely any help or tips i would appreciate it
https://www.justanswer.com/chevy/3qk...94-corvet.html Here's some photos of someone pulling it. Though the person asking the question is asking about a '94, the person answering appears to have an older model (based on the orange radio and HVAC buttons).
If it's anything like the HVAC programmer, it will just require a whole lot of careful jiggling and maneuvering around cables before you find the 'magic' spot that makes it slip out.
yea i was to a point that i disconnected the first connector closest to me, then i could only pull it out half way, i jiggle every which way, i could not reach the second connector to undo and if i was able to undo the second one don't know if i could put the new back on / the wires are not long enough to pull out the side? i was play with this for about 3hr's in 90 degree heat i was not happy I'm so close and still couldn't remove it yet/ yea the pictures look like it should slide right out easy
