Default C4 maintenance

I was looking at buying a '96 with around 60-80k miles on it. Besides fuel filter replacement every 30k miles and an engine drive belt inspection at 60k, is there any other maintenance that should be done at that mileage?
I am looking at cars that have been well taken care of, I was just curious on what maintenance should be done around that mileage so I know what to look for.

Not to give a snotty answer but it really depends on what has been done for the last 25 years. Dan

Really depends, if its been garage kept and not driven much, a lot of things could be just fine.

Belt, oil, transmission fluids, brake fluids, coolant, tuneup are all things you should do if you don't know they've been done recently.

Shocks tend to go out at 75Kish.

Here's what I've done/about to do on my '96 with around 80K on it, had around 75K when I got it.

Shocks
Rebuild brake calipers + brake fluid flush
Transmission fluid and filter
Oil change and filter
Air filter
Coolant flush + knock sensors
Front control arm bushings
Ball joints
All weatherstripping
Alternator
Spark plugs + wires

That should give an idea of what you may or may not have to do. Like vader mentioned, it really depends on how the previous owners took car of the car, and if it lived outdoors or not. I'd say mine was more of a worse case scenario. I knew it going in, but still found surprises along the way, but given the age of the car, it's to be expected. If the weatherstripping and bushings look ok, you're ahead of the game, and these can be inspected visually.

I best bet, ask the seller what was done, all Corvette owners keep log of all repairs and services since the day they owned the car, and should hand it over to new buyer.
I did, when I sold my 89, to seller, after owning it for 24 years, it was book.

If you are buying it from dealer, I would have a service check, and change all fluid's, to start off fresh, and check hose's and belt.

Also check the age on the tires, old tires might look good, but there not safe to drive.

Good list, all doable. For my 93 it was more like interior refurbs to really shine it up.
here's one journey.

Rear wheel bearings - they take a beating every 50 K or so
shocks are definitely shot if they're original
chevy dealer brake fluid flush - helped some
z23 rotors kit x2, huge braking improvement.
weather stripping - no cure for age and UV, get the best there is a huge difference. easy project.
power steering fluid. - flush and use 50% Barr's dual pour repair product.
oil, AT, coolant where done prior
tires and C5 wheels, read the date code mine were 16/18 yo OEMs
Sawblades for backup when, not if, these OE Creation wheels get bent.
a bunch of interior cleanup - full carpet wash with color dye refresh, console refinish.
acryilic top lens refit - a very visual improvement.
all light bulbs - oems are all available
headlight gears and cogs - 2 hour project
outer door window felt wiper trims.
OE screw kit / speaker repair
seat covers, really just because the old ones
don't resemble the over-all condition of everything else.
seats are $$ but worth it for this car.
degrease, polish and lube as I go.

more technical, winter, deferred, projects
u-joints
intake gasket
valve cover gaskets
oil pan took a rock at some point
change diff fluid, possibly rebuild it.
inspect maybe replace the TC lock up solenoid.
AC seems ok for now. verify R134 conversion.
Oil Temp sender - analog runs low - digital is normal

performance mods -
i am pretty happy with my 2.59 rear AT-4
