87 steering issue

Default 87 steering issue
Greetings, the steering turns to the right ok, but from the straight position turning left the is a noticeable click feeling every time . I'm just trying to figure out what need to be replaced. I will replace the rack if need be. it kind of feels like something sticking turning left . Pump? Something in the cylinder? Diagrams would be extremely helpful. I'm sure that this has been addressed but I could not find it.

Does it do the same without power, as in engine stopped? I'd lift before trying this, really nasty to do on the ground.
Tie rods ends, both look good?

Have not thought about trying it with no engine running. Will do that tomorrow
